Hi, I’m Haydie

I’m a Clinical Myotherapist, Pregnancy and Birth Doula, and a qualified Pilates Instructor based in Pakenham and I LOVE supporting women through every stage of life.

I know how important it is to work with some who understands and actually cares.

I believe in the power of education and personalised support, helping people uncover their own strength and confidence. My approach is built on actually listening, I take the time to understand the nuances of your life, ask the right questions, and meet you where you are.

Whether you’re navigating injury recovery, have a niggle that just won’t quit, pregnancy care or birth support, I’ll work with you to find the most aligned and effective path forward.

Support That Meets You Where You are

Myotherapist in Pakenham massaging a women's leg

Clinical Myotherapy

Not your average massage, this is targeted, evidence-informed care.

Clinical Myotherapy is all about assessing and treating musculoskeletal pain, tension, and dysfunction. I blend hands-on techniques like soft tissue therapy, dry needling, cupping, joint mobilisation, and movement rehab to help your body feel better and actually function better.

Basically if you have pain, myotherapy can help! If its pregnancy related pain, or that niggle in your shoulder that won’t go away.

I specialise in women’s health through out every stage of life, but as a doula, I do have a particular expertise in pregnancy and postpartum.

This is care that meets you where you're at, and helps you get where you want to be.

Pakenham Myotherapy in Pakenham for Pregnancy

Pregnancy bodywork

Whether you're simply craving some relief from the everyday aches of growing a tiny human, or you're dealing with more intense issues like pelvic girdle pain that’s making it hard to move, sleep or function - you're in the right place.

With over a decade of experience and a deep focus on women’s health, I specialise in pregnancy care that’s not just feel-good, but actually effective. You’ll be supported with expert hands, evidence-informed treatment, and a plan that’s tailored to you, your body, and how you want to feel.

That might look like a relaxing pregnancy massage to help you unwind and reconnect with your body, or something more clinical and targeted to reduce pain and improve how you move day to day. Most often, it’s a beautiful blend of both.

Wherever you’re at in your pregnancy, I’ve got you.

Doula consult in Pakenham Clinic

Birth doula support

Birth doula support means having a familiar, calming presence by your side throughout pregnancy, labour and birth, someone who understands your birth preferences, knows how to support you (and your partner), and helps create a safe, grounded space for your baby’s arrival.

I want you to go into your birth excited and ready to rock it. So I’m here to give you all the tools you need to feel empowered in your decisions.

I also offer one off sessions including birth planning, birth debriefs, and power hours (for the cheeky curveballs).

Birth looks different for everyone, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’ll be right there with you.

C section scar release therapy in Pakenham

Abdominal Scar Release

Primarily targeted at c-section scars, but can be tailored to any abdominal scar that is causing you pain, discomfort, altered sensation or that strange feeling of disconnect.

This work uses gentle massage, breath work and cupping to assist in improving tissue mobility, blood/lymphatic flow, sensation and connection. I spend plenty of time understanding you and your scar, and its effects on your body.

The effect of scars and their adhesions can be huge, effecting your breath, disrupting how you move and even causing pain through you back and pelvis.

For scars that are at least 8 weeks old to 80 years old! If you’re ready to feel like you again, I’m ready to support you.
