Women’s Health Myotherapy

Myotherapy

Myotherapy is the assessment, treatment, and rehab of musculoskeletal pain, injury, and dysfunction.

But seriously—what does that even mean?

Basically, myotherapists (or myos, if we’re getting friendly) use a bunch of hands-on techniques like soft tissue therapy, trigger point release, dry needling, cupping, and more. We also look at how you move, give you exercises to support your goals, and tweak daily habits so your body can actually feel good doing the things you love.

In short: we help you feel better, move better, and get back to living your life—minus the niggles.
