“Childbirth is the woman’s rite of passage, and the care providers role is to support her while she takes ownership of it”

In Person Birth Support Packages
You’ll have access to me via phone or text throughout your pregnancy and for up to three months after birth—whether you need advice, a sounding board, or just a little reassurance. I’m here for all of it.
You’ll also have antenatal sessions, where we can explore what matters most to you and your birth team. These sessions might include:
Childbirth education tailored to you
Understanding and using the BRAINS decision-making tool
Pain management options—both medical and natural
Education and confidence-building for your support partner
Feeding plans and the basics to get you started
Mindset and breath work for labour and birth
Gentle bodywork to support baby’s positioning
Everything is tailored to your needs—so we can dig deeper where you want to, and keep things simple where that feels best.
From 38 weeks, I’ll be officially on call—ready to join you whenever you feel it’s time to welcome your little human into the world. Whether it’s your very first contraction or baby is already on their way, just call me. And if things kick off before 38 weeks? Still call me. I’ve got you.
During your labour, I’ll be there to protect your space—physically, emotionally, and mentally. My role is to help create a calm, safe environment for you to labour in, and to support both you and your partner as you bring your baby earthside.
Once you’re nestled in that beautiful newborn bubble, I’ll drop by to love on you, while you’re busy loving on your babe. I can prep some nourishing meals, tidy up a little, support your feeding journey, and gently hold space as we debrief your birth story—because however it unfolded, your experience matters.
I only take on a very small number of in-person births so I can offer truly personalised support—and because I’ve got a young family of my own. This means when I’m with you, you’ve got my full care and attention. Always.

Choosing a doula is deeply personal. You need to feel safe, supported, and able to be fully yourself—tears, laughter, vulnerability and all. It’s also important that your doula has the skills and experience that align with your values, goals, and the kind of birth you’re hoping for.
So, let’s see if we’re a good fit.
