Doula Services
So what is a doula and how can I Support you??
As your doula, I’m here to bring the educational, emotional, and physical support—through pregnancy, birth, and those wild early postpartum days.
What I don’t do? Medical stuff. No cervical checks, no blood pressure monitoring—I leave that to the professionals (if you choose to have them). My role is all about helping you feel confident, calm, and totally held through it all.
Below you’ll find my one-off doula services (think: birth plans, power hours and more). These can also be mixed and matched into a package that fits you perfectly. To take a look at my pre-made packages and in person birth support - go here
